§8 Market Rules (/market and Shop Chests)#

• §8.1 Creative items and endgame items may not be sold on the Market.
• §8.2 Violations may result in the suspension of your account.
• §8.3 Item prices should be chosen carefully. Do not offer items at excessively low prices, especially when obtaining them requires a significant amount of time and progression.
• §8.4 The team reserves the right to remove prohibited Market listings without warning or reimbursement.
• §8.5 Significantly undercutting other players and charging excessively high prices are prohibited. Keep prices fair, as the amount of money in circulation is limited.
• §8.6 Trading items or Bombis for real money is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban for both parties involved.
• §8.7 Bombis signs may only be used in accordance with the rules, for example for doors, machines, Redstone systems, shops, or permitted games.
• §8.8 The price and payment reason must be clearly visible on every Bombis sign. Misleading or intentionally false information is prohibited.
• §8.9 Players are responsible for checking the price and payment reason on a Bombis sign before confirming the transaction. Accidental purchases will not be refunded.
• §9.0 Bombis signs may not be used for scams, fraud, exploits, or to bypass server rules.
• §9.1 The team reserves the right to remove Bombis signs or connected systems without warning if they violate the rules.

§10 Shop Rules – /warp mall#

• §10.1 Each person may have only one shop.
• §10.2 Shop owners share responsibility for their allies and team members. If they violate the rules at or inside the shop, the shop owner may also be held responsible.
• §10.3 Every shop must fully comply with the server rules.
• §10.4 Shops may be used exclusively for shop chests and the associated trading activities. Any other use is prohibited.
• §10.5 The shop must be built and set up within three days of the rental period beginning. If this is not completed in time, the shop will be removed or made available again.
• §10.6 Shops that violate these rules or the general server rules may be removed without reimbursement. This applies to both paid Bombis and all items built into or stored inside the shop.
